"4 Meadow Retreat has four bedrooms; one super-king-size with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, one king-size with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, one twin, and one bunk. ThereÔÇÖs a bathroom with shower over, basin and WC. ThereÔÇÖs an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV. Central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside thereÔÇÖs private parking and a non-enclosed terrace garden with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved pet welcome. Nearest shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted. Come and enjoy a Cornish escape at 4 Meadow Retreat."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
