It consists of a full bathroom with shower and a toilet, the dining room is spacious and with access to the terrace, has two televisions one with French channels and another with Spanish channels, equipped with sofas, air conditioning and large table for family dining. The balcony / terrace is equipped to enjoy summer dinners watching the sea. The kitchen is independent, hob with microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, with access to the laundry room where we find the washing machine. The windows and shutters have been renovated and are double glazed and some electric shutters. It has air conditioning only in the dining room. Pets are accepted price 45€.
