PLEASE NOTE: To have the sofa bed and single bed set up, please let me know 12 hours in advance. MY CONDO has 3 bedrooms which comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Every bedroom has a lock with its own set of keys, hardwood floor, a 50-55" 4K TV with Netflix included, nightstands with decorative lamps, a closet with hangers, working/dressing desk, hair dryer, WiFi, and alarm clock. All furniture in the rooms is brand new with a new, very comfortable mattresses. Clean blankets, pillows, towels, and sheets are provided. BATHROOMS - 2 bathrooms (a shower, a sink and a toilet) are available. PARKING - 2 parking spaces in a covered garage are provided. REGULAR SETUP is for 6 guests. KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, and microwave. Paper towels, dish soap and sponges, cleaning supplies, bottle opener, corkscrew, plates, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer are provided. LAUNDRY AREA - Coin laundry is easily accessible; located ~20 feet from our entrance door. We provide an iron and ironing board in our unit. My home is great for travelers looking to visit Los Angeles! Located in a great neighborhood with easy access to 101 and 405 freeways, you can get to any Los Angeles destination quickly. NoHo Art District, CSU Northridge, Universal Studios, The Getty Center, Hollywood, and Downtown LA are all a quick drive away. My home is within walking distance of Trader Joe's grocery store and Ventura Blvd's restaurants and nightlife.
