"Beach Croft is a single-storey holiday home with three bedrooms including a double, a twin and a single, along with a shower room, a sun room and an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge/freezer, and washing machine. For entertainment there is a TV with Freeview and DVD, and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking in the communal car park, and shared use of communal grassed grounds with furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach all within 0.7 miles. Please note that due to site rules the owner is unable to take any bookings for working parties. 7-night bookings and Friday check-in and check-out only. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Beach Croft is a lovely choice for a seaside break in Suffolk."
