Details of the Cottage
"The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, and a shed for storage, and ample roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.5 miles, the harbour in 0.6 miles, and a beach in 1.4 miles. Moray View is a wonderful base for a family break to Aberdeenshire. Note: There are steps to the front and the back of the home. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
