"Southend, a single-storey barn conversion has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire, a king-size bedroom, a twin, and a shower room. A high Chair and a travel cot are available on request but no cot linen is provided. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and Smart TV. Outside there is a fenced garden with patio furniture, sun loungers, and bike storage, and off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.8 miles and a pub in 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy Worcestershire's countryside at Southend. Note: Whilst the garden is fenced, please keep dogs on lead as there's sheep in surrounding fields. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Please note: This property accommodates Friday changeovers only. Note: The minimum duration of stay is 3 nights."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
