This beautiful and bright apartment is located in the lovely area of Marbella, near Marbesa beach.The apartment has a balcony that faces to the south, it gives you both sea views and pool views and there is room for 4 people by the table on the balcony.From the balcony you can view the big pool area with child friendly swimming pools.A short walk at about 300 meters you will find the sandy beach of Marbesa, where you have beach restaurants for eating or buying refreshments while sunbathing.Also just around the corner you will find supermarkets, many restaurants and also in the building there is an own restaurant, a free gym, dry cleaning and much more.There is golf courses nearby, a green park just behind the building where you can relax in the sun, play ballgames or anything else you would like. There is usually green parrots in the park trees.
