Wonderful 150m2 two floor house, with a private chlorine 8m x 4m and a depth of 2m swimming pool. The house offers a washing machine, an iron and an iron board as well. Only 15 minutes drive and you will get to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Spend a good day at the fine sand beach or enjoy the sunshine while having a cocktail. At this area, there are top quality restaurants where you can eat a tasty paella, with idyllic seafront views. The Can Picafort seaside is a very lively place that contrasts with Playa de Muro, very quiet. Close by you will also find Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença.
