"Walton House is a lovely annexe cottage resting in Brassington, near Wirksworth, Derbyshire. Hosting two ground-floor bedrooms, including a double and a single with a trundle bed which can be a king-size on request, along with a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen, dining room and a first-floor sitting room with woodburning stove. There will be a fire laid in the log burner on your arrival. If you want to purchase any more logs , there is an honesty box in the woodshed in the garden, next to the garden table. The logs are -ú10 for 12 logs. . WiFi with fast broadband and smart box for Netlfix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV. Garden with bolted gate, lawn area and patio with seating. Fishing, cycling and water sport activities all within easy reach. Clothes airer for drying clothes and secure shed storage for water sports gear, bikes or angling equipment.Dogs accepted with a suppliment. No smoking. There is also off-road parking for two cars, a lawn area and patio with seating. Walton House is a delightful choice for a refreshing break to Derbyshire and the Peaks. Note: Rural area with farm machinery on next door properties, please take care when leaving the property.
