"Woodbine Cottage is a wonderful detached cottage resting in Wensley near Winster, Derby. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a double and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with a lawned area, patio and furniture. For your next adventure to the Peaks, choose Woodbine Cottage.
NOTE: Hot tub will lose temperature from 10:30 PM in consideration of our neighbours. Note: No stag, hen or similar. Please note: owner can only accommodate short breaks from Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, crossing over these change over days for short breaks cannot be accommodated. Please Note: The Hot tub will be out of use from the 20th, 21st, 22nd June - 19th, 20th, 21st September and 12th, 13th, 14th December."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
