"The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing a combi microwave/oven, 2-ring hob, fridge with ice box, TV, dining area and a sofa bed for one child. There is also king-size bed serviced by a shower room. To the outside is communal off-road parking and a gravelled garden with barbecue, hot tub and seating. Within 3.2 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Yealm offers a sumptuous retreat to Devon. Note: Two adults and one child only please; the sofa bed is suitable for a child. Note: The property is located on old farm land, with the owners close by. Note: A starter pack is available for the hot tub, but additional fuel will incur an extra cost. Note: Hot tub lighting service is available for arrival; please request this in advance."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
