Inside there are a large living room with a built-in kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a characteristic exposed stone wall. The house is equipped with sliding mosquito nets. The historic center of Modica is about 5 km away. It is an excellent starting point to visit the most interesting places in the province of Ragusa and Syracuse. Scicli, Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla and Comiso are in fact within 25 km, while Noto, Portopalo and Syracuse within 40 km. For those who want to spend a day in the splendid sea of the Iblee coasts, the golden sandy beaches are located about 18 km.
