From a partly covered and partly sunny terrace, you can admire a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape and the roofs of the town. The part covered with reed and plexiglas is equipped with sofas and table to spend pleasant moments of relaxation. Going up three steps you enter the house, in a cozy living room with sofa corner and modern fireplace. The living room leads to the bedroom and the kitchen / dining room. A small Roman balcony overlooks the majestic church of San Giorgioi. The house is fully air conditioned and equipped with a sofa bed (suitable for children) and a sofa bed with bed base and orthopedic mattresses. The accommodation is in the upper part of Modica between narrow and characteristic streets, it was the annex of an ancient noble palace. The historic center of Modica is located about 1 km from the house. This is an excellent starting point to visit the most interesting places in the province of Ragusa and Syracuse, such as Scicli, Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla and Comiso, all within a radius of about 25 km, while Noto, Porto Palo and Siracusa are within a radius of 40 km. The sea of the splendid Iblee coasts is at about 15 km, long beaches of golden sand and crystal clear water await you here.
