Villa Bella Valen is a stunning villa furnished and prepared to the highest standards. Its has a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private heated pool, children's pool, Air conditioning and FREE WiFi. Villa Bella Valen has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom and its bathroom are located on the upper floor which has a large terrace and balcony. The twin bedroom is on the ground floor and the second bathroom is a family bathroom also on the ground floor. The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped and has a dining are for up to six people. The kitchen has the usual appliances; microwave, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob and an abundance of cooking utensils to satisfy the most enthusiastic of chefs. In the lounge area there is a large screen TV with an excellent choice of channels (including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 + most of the main SKY channels including the movies & sports), DVD player (DVD's not supplied). The villa also boasts unlimited internet connection. The villa is well equipped for the outdoor life with sunbeds and ample seating in the pool area. There is a large BBQ and outdoor dining facilities shaded by a pergola. The easy access heated swimming pool has a four poster sun lounger beside it on which to relax and soak up the sun. There is also a separate toddlers pool. Overall, Villa Bella Valen is well equipped and beautifully presented. It is located in the Las Maretas residential area at the Western end of Playa Blanca with views across to the islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. There are several bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and a regular bus service into Playa Blanca town. AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef.
