"Bryn Cyttun has four bedrooms: one king-size, one king-size with en-suite shower room, one double, one bunk and trundle. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. ThereÔÇÖs a kitchen/diner equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and coffee maker. There is also two sitting rooms, a first-floor cloakroom with basin and WC, and a conservatory. Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot are available on request. Outside thereÔÇÖs a non-enclosed garden area with lawn, patio and furniture, and driveway parking for 3 cars. Two well-behaved dogs allowed but sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 1.1 miles. Bryn Cyttun makes a delightful retreat in Morfa Nefyn. Note: Top bunk is for under 12-year-olds only. Note: please do not allow dogs upstairs."
