"Castaway is a beautiful, light and airy, totally refurbished stone built mid terraced property set in the heart of Amble. Finished to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings the property makes an ideal base to explore the Heritage Coastline. Within a 50 meter walk you are on Queen Street (Amble's High Street) with an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Further along you have the bustling Harbour where you can see the local catches being landed, the Harbour Village with its collection of retail pods and the Fish centre where you can visit the Lobster hatchery. Amble, also known as the friendliest port, is a small fishing town with a huge personality. Nestled on the Northumberland coast, it's an excellent base for a holiday in our beautiful county. Take a boat trip from the bustling harbour to Coquet Island, a RSPB nature reserve located just off the coast, and see the colourful puffins, rare roseate terns and appealing grey seals. Back on dry land, why not sample the culinary delights of freshly caught seafood and local produce at The Old Boat House or Sea&Soil bistro's - both local favourites. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
