"The Bookshelf is a first-floor apartment with three bedrooms including a king-size and two twins, along with a bathroom, a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with a gas fire. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. Outside, there is allocated parking for one car and an enclosed garden. One well-behaved is dog welcome, with more accepted on request. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request. Sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.1 mile and a beach within 0.8 miles. The Bookshelf is a literature-lovers paradise in the heart of the lovely seaside village of Mumbles. This property has a good housekeeping bond of -ú250."

Rental Rates

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
