Villa Rocio is a fully equipped cozy villa in peaceful countryside, yet only a few hundred meters from the city center. The villa is protected by the walls and gates and it offers a wonderful setting for a holiday. The large courtyard has a big pool (8 x 4 m) separated from the rest of the yard for safety reasons. By the pool you can enjoy the warm sun in the lounge chairs. If you need exercise, you can try your hand at ping pong or billiards. The courtyard also has a fine covered barbecue area and a large terrace with dining area. Villa Rocio has a space of 100 square meters. It is decorated in a traditional local style with good quality furniture. The villa has a living room, a dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room has two comfortable sofas and a TV with several international channels. For possible cool "winter evenings" there is a fireplace where you can relax and let your thoughts rest. There is a dining room with space for six diners separated by handsome pillars from the living room. The kitchen has recently been completely renovated and has all the equipment you need for a vacation. For instance s dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle etc. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The lounge and both bedrooms have an air conditioning for heating or cooling the villa if needed. There is a free internet connection in the villa. Villa Rocio is the perfect getaway for you if you appreciate the tranquility of the countryside but still want the city's shops and restaurants to be within walking distance of the villa.
