"The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with TVs for DVDs, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed, decked veranda with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop and the beach in 0.7 miles, and a pub in 0.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power are all included in the price. Preselli 3 is an idyllic base for a coastal escape to Ceredigion. Note: Ramp access onto the veranda. Note: The bath is very small. Note: Singe-side access to the bed in one of the double bedrooms. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Linens and towels are included in rent. Note: The TVs in the bedrooms are only DVD players and are not connected to an aerial."
