"Gartavon is a semi-detached cottage complete with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and woodburning stoves. The bedrooms include a double, twin and a single, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a lawned garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub and within 2.4 miles there is a beach and please note two well behaved dogs are allowed, but that this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Gartavon is a wonderful escape to Pembrokeshire, whatever time of year. Note: Garden is accessed via steep stone steps. Note: Dogs are not allowed on soft furnishings or on beds."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
