Bedroom 5 - 1 x king size. 1 x WC and basin separate. Bedroom 6 - 1 x king size bed. Small separate shower, WC, basin separate. Ground-floor cloakroom. GF Shower WC and basin with handy with hot tub. Kitchen, Utility,Dining room,Sitting room with wood-burning stove. Snug with wood-burning stove, Games room, Cinema room. The TV in the main lounge is perfectly fine for connecting firesticks, karaoke systems etc to, however this cannot be done with the large tv in the cinema room.
