"The living areas in this semi-detached bungalow consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge and dining room/conservatory with seating for four, a cloakroom room with washing machine, freezer, basin and WC and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a double serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed, rear garden with lawn and patio. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, 1.1 miles a pub and 1.6 miles a beach. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
