The cottage is next to a converted mill and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. These include a ground floor single with a 2'6"" pull out stacker bed, and a lower ground floor double and twin room. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room on the ground floor. Outside is a patio garden and roadside parking.
