Details of the Villa

Villa Sofia is ideally situated opposite Nissi Beach and within walking distance to all the 5 star hotels, restaurants and town square. The villa boasts up to four bedrooms, three bedrooms upstairs and one en suite bedroom downstairs by the pool, (also ideal for elderly couples) and known as the pool house. The villa has a 500m2 plot with private 8 * 4 meter swimming pool and has been beautifully landscaped providing for a relaxed and private surrounding. The villa has an open plan and modern feel to it. As you walk in, the lounge and dining area directly faces you, whilst the kitchen is located to the right. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all appliances, utensils and crockery required for your stay. It also leads to the outdoor BBQ area complete with additional covered seating. The dining area seats 8 persons and leads to the lounge area. The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD with cinematic surround sound, wireless internet and with satellite/Netflix channels.The lounge also faces the pool and leads to another casual outdoor and covered and seating area. There is also a downstairs wc and shower. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms which all share a master bathroom comprising of two double beds and two single beds. The villa has air-conditioning throughout and caters for a maximum of eight persons. Six persons inside the villa itself and an additional two persons in the pool-house. There are two balconies one at the front and one at the back as well as private parking for one car inside the grounds of the villa as well as plenty of free parking on the street outside. Sunbeds are also provided and there is an outside shower for the pool. PLEASE NOTE: No single sex groups or groups over four persons under the age of 27 yrs. Management reserves the right to increase damage deposit and request proof of ID. The local area Ayia Napa boasts some of the best beaches on the island with Nissi Beach less than 5 mins walk away or Waterworld a short 5 minute drive. Ayia Napa is situated within the Famagusta district and has something to offer for everyone from water sport activities to spending your days lazing on the secluded bays and ambling around the fishing harbours. Cyprus general Unravelled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover traditional villages and old towns, amazing churches and mosques, caves and Greek monuments. You can easily travel around Cyprus north and south within a day. Be at the beach in the morning and up in the mountains by midday and back down to the capital Nicosia in time for dinner.
