The dining table for 8, sits in the middle of the open plan dining area, which then leads to the cosy living room with a large sofa, IPTV, DVD player & Wi-Fi internet . A marble staircase leads to the bedrooms upstairs. With a private pool, comfortable furnishings, large outdoor area along with a landscaped garden with a barbecue, there is nothing more you could want for a holiday. Villa is a self-catering 2 floors with 4 specious bedrooms; 1 with double bed, and 3 with 2 single beds each; all bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom with toilet and shower cabin and 1 family bathroom with toilet and bath tub) upstairs and a guests toilet downstairs. Air conditioning and heating in living area and all bedrooms. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats eight guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and cooker, and microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The garden is fenced for privacy with a private pool and sun beds, outdoor shower, and garden furniture. Private parking is available free of charge. All necessary bed linen including bath towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, pool cleaning service is provided twice a week free of charge.
