Details of the Villa

The villa has a grand entrance with the staircase central to an open plan living, dining, breakfast bar and kitchen. It is furnished to a modern standard and provides all the facilities for a stress-free stay, away from it all. From the lounge you can access a large veranda with covered outside dining area for guests to enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and swimming pool. All rooms are fully air conditioned with free Wifi throughout, there is also a twin bedroom with full bathroom, including a jacuzzi bath on the ground floor level. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and boasts spectacular views of the sea in the distance from the balcony, the perfect place to watch the sun rise with a morning coffee. There are a further 3 bedrooms on this level, a twin bedroom with en-suite which shares access to the balcony at the front of the house. There is a double bed with single bed which has an en-suite and access to the balcony at the back of the villa, the 5th bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, this also has access to the balcony at the rear of the villa and a huge open roof terrace. The outside area is fully enclosed with a gate at the front of the villa making it safe and secure for smaller children. Sun worshippers can bask in the sun on one of the sun loungers provided, then when the heat gets too much, jump into the large crystal clear waters of the swimming pool and cool off ready for the next round of sun-bathing! Breathe in the smell of the fragrant citrus trees whilst enjoying the tranquillity and relaxation of this wonderful property. There is a Cypriot BBQ and outside dining area for an Al Fresco meal, where you can watch the sun go down with a cold glass of Cypriot wine. It is the perfect setting for larger families, friends holidaying together or wedding parties as the villa is located near to all the wedding venue hotels. Ayia Napa has a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. You will also find shops and bars with evening entertainment. The coastline is dotted with stunning beaches for you to discover, Nissi Beach is a 10 minute walk and renowned for is golden sand and crystal clear waters which are perfect to relax on or partake in the water sports.
