"This character cottage has two bedrooms: one super-king and one twin (each with a zip/link feature meaning they can be twin or super-king on request), along with a bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking and a garden with a lawn, patio, furniture and ponds. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included, and one well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. You can find a shop in 1.4 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. Please note that there are ponds in the garden, and due to the convenient location of the property near an A road, some road noise may be heard. Nuthatch Cottage is an idyllic cottage for a lovely break to Devon. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
