"LottieÔÇÖs Hut is a shepherdÔÇÖs hut with an open-plan living space. Appliances include a combi air fryer and grill, electric plate hob, fridge with ice box, woodburning stove and Smart TV. There is a king-size bed with a shower room. To the outside is a decking with furniture and a lawned area with firepit. Please note, one pet is welcome (dogs need to be kept on a lead due to sheep grazing nearby) however smoking is not allowed at this property. Within 1.1 miles there is a pub and within 0.4 miles there is a shop. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Escape to LottieÔÇÖs Hut for a wonderful break in Devon. Note: There are steps to the exterior, please take care. Note: This is an adult-only property. Note: Lottie's Hut is positioned in a field where six touring pitch spaces are allocated at the opposite end: please be aware of this when making your booking. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
