Details of the Apartment

Welcome to this wonderful apartment, which is located next to the beach, and will let you enjoy your holiday. It has capacity for 6 people and counts with two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en suite bathroom, and the other one is fitted with twin beds. It also possible to fit two more people, who would sleep on the sofa bed, in the living room. There is another bathroom with shower so that all of you can have your own space and spruce up. In the living and dining room there is a comfortable sofa where you can relax after a beach day or just watch TV or take a nap. In the same space there is the dining area, furnished with a table and seats where you can get together and enjoy meals. The kitchen is also in the same room and it is equipped with all the electric appliances and utensils you may need during your stay; coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric hob and oven, squeezer, cutlery, fridge with freezer, etc. Obviously there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The accommodation counts with a furnished balcony from where you can enjoy the views and the good weather of the area, almost for the whole year, while enjoying your time outdoors. In addition there is a communal swimming pool where you can cool off. There is a garage where you can park one car.In Oliva you can go swimming or sunbathing to the huge fine-grained sandy beaches, where it is also possible to practice water sports such as sky-surf. The apartment is only 3 minutes far away from the Equestrian Center of Oliva Nova, where National Championships take place and where you can take private lessons. There is also a Golf Course nearby. It is a perfect place for spending a day practicing your swing. The Natural Park of Montgó is also quite close and it is worth a visit if you like trekking. You can visit “La Font Salada”, a natural spring which has beneficial properties for your skin. NOTE: We do not accept groups of people under 26 years old. We do need the passports of all guests in order to confirm the booking. Please note that pets are not allowed.
