Enjoy your holidays in this amazing penthouse, with excellent views. Have a refreshing dip in the 30 x 15m shared pool, with a depth of 0,5-1,9m. In the garden surrounding the pool, you can relax and sunbath. There is a furnished terrace with access from the living room and the bedroom, to enjoy a drink or an outdoor dinner. From this terrace, the spiral stairs lead to a solarium, where you will pass memorable moments with your loved ones, watching the stars or sunbathing. The 53m2 apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The interior is modernly styled and will make you feel at home. The luminous living- and dining room counts with a sofa and a television, to relax or enjoy a typical “siesta”. The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning. There is a dining table for 4. The kitchen is small, yet functional, with a vitro hob and all necessary utensils to cook some tasty dishes. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bedroom counts with a double bed and a wardrobe. Two more persons could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom with a bath tub. The apartment is situated in a beautiful, residential area in Oliva Nova, a relatively quiet area, with a golf course at only 1,8km and the beach of Oliva at 2,3km. This beach is ideal for families or for watersports. In Oliva Nova you will find all kinds of services you might need during your stay. The pool is closed from October, 1st until May, 31st.
