We welcome you to this impressive five-storey classic building, delicately restored to the avant-garde with a majestic decoration. Its interiors, absolutely beautiful, offer an exquisite combination of special Mallorcan classic pieces with modern elements, warm and bright colors, and parquet floors, thus offering the perfect comfort and homey warmth ideal to enjoy a pleasant stay feeling at home. The upper terrace is, undoubtedly, the perfect place to enjoy, early in the morning, with the best of coffees, a relaxing reading reclining on the two sun loungers, or even with a pleasant glass of wine while the soft breeze and the orange color of the sky at sunset. The interior stays are distributed in three heights, that are comprised between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor, there is the living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa where to rest or watch TV or also a DVD film, that shares space with the dining room and a cheerful kitchen. This last is equipped with ceramic cooktop, oven and all the electrical appliances and necessary utensils to cook your best dishes. Regarding your rest, there are two dormitories with wardrobe. Located on the lower floor of the living room, one of them features two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. The second bedroom is situated on the upper floor of the living area and it has a double bed and an en-suite hydromassage shower bathroom. If you have a baby, we will provide you with a cot and a high chair. All the stays are equipped with air conditioning. On the last floor, there is a terrace, a second and basic kitchen equipped only with a small fridge, sink, crockery and cutlery, and the laundry where the washing machine, iron and ironing board are. The location is privileged since the house is located in the old town of Palma, thus its beauty is unmatched and any service is accessible on foot. When first coming to the streets, you have all kinds of bars, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, shops, bus stops, and much more. You can even reach the beach with a pleasant walk, due to the fact that the Paseo Marítimo de Palma beach is only 1.3 km away. There are 6 km to the port, 8.7 km to the airport and 7.5 km to the Son Muntaner golf course. In short, you can not miss a vacation in this home! You will have at your disposal a garage parking place, including the entire ground floor. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The holding of events is forbidden. Pets are not allowed.
