The ground floor also contains the living area including kitchen, dining and sitting area (all bedrooms have built-in wardrobes). Upstairs are another three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 family bathroom with toilet and bath tub and 1 en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower room.) This villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone. Equipped with flat IPTV, DVD player, free Internet access villa quarantines plenty of indoor entertainment. Spacious and airy with ample bathroom space, there is a plenty of room for 8 persons, and an additional baby cot free of charge. The villa is located 700 meters from the sandy Mouzoura Beach, 1000m Sirena Bay and on a walking distance to several other known beaches. Nestled on a nice quiet area less than 10 minutes’ drive takes you to beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras center. 15 min drive to the biggest Water Park in Cyprus. Many bars and restaurants are just 5 to 10 minutes’ walk. The ground level consists of a large luxury living space which oozes with style, comfort. Sliding patio doors lead to the private 7m x 3m swimming pool. Sun loungers and garden furniture are available at the pool area to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. BBQ area available for outdoor parties. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably can sits 8 guests and large open plan fully equipped and modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The dining table is in the middle of the large open plan dining area, which then leads to the spacious lounge with large sofas. Fence surrounds property for privacy. 200 Euros security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in. To be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages. List of Free of Charge Items and Services: All necessary bed linen including bath and kitchen towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, pool cleaning service is provided twice a week. Wi-Fi, 1 mid clean service per week for bookings over 10 days, 2 sets of linen per bed, 2 sets of bathroom towels per guest (face and body towels), Kitchenware, Blender (upon request), 1 baby cot, high chair, Drying rack for clothes, Trash cans, Broom, mop and bucket, Sunbeds and parasol, Outdoor furniture.
