This high floor 1 bedroom apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need for your perfect stay! The apartment is fully air-conditioned and it's fully equipped for your convenience. It has a king-size bed, wardrobe, laptop desk with a chair, and a safe box in the bedroom. Ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in-shower, sink and hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai. We also provide bed linen and towels for your convenience. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and private high speed Wi-Fi connection are available for you to entertain after a day out. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed, so we can host 3 people or a couple with a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set it up before your arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove and all utensils for cooking your own meals. There is a dining table with chairs too. Private patio with outdoor furniture opens up gorgeous views of the city and Patong hills. The Unity II condominium (The Bliss building) has seven floors of accommodation for long-stay residents and holiday guests. There is a fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool with a terrace for you to have amazing views over the city and the ocean. Key card access to the building, CCTV cameras and a security team at night provide a high security level. Facilities also include indoor parking spaces, two passenger elevators and smoke & heat detectors in all units. Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning service during your stay is not included, charged 600 baht if required. It includes the change of bed linen and towels. Book your cleaning 48hrs in advance by contacting us.
