The Bliss Condo by Unity is perfectly placed – it's close enough to the beach for optimum convenience but tucked away from the noise and bustle. Just 100 meters (3 mins walk) to the main road with many cafes, restaurants and convenient stores. 650 meters (8-10 mins walk) to Patong beach. The Condo is modern and well maintained, offers popular facilities such as a rooftop pool with a sundeck and loungers, fitness studio, free parking, 24-hour security and CCTV. Spacious sea view penthouse offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and open-plan living with a kitchen and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure lots of light in all the rooms. The living area has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a comfy sofa, a Smart TV with international channels. Walk outside to the balcony with a cup of morning coffee or a cold drink to enjoy the beautiful views of Patong. The kitchen is well equipped, has appliances such as a stove, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, full size fridge and utensils for self-catering. Spiral stairs lead to the private rooftop terrace on the 8th floor, which features a sundeck with loungers and superb views of the city, Andaman sea and surrounding mountains. Covered patio with outdoor furniture creates a peaceful personal space to enjoy outdoors, relax and entertain. There is direct access to the common rooftop pool via a closed private gate. Staying at this unit gives you exclusive access to nighttime swimming at the pool (please note, night parties at the pool area aren’t allowed). Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1200 baht per time and includes linen and towels change. Book 48 hrs in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge.
