Staying at Emerald Terrace Condo gives you the freedom to enjoy your holiday in total privacy with everything you need for a true home away from home experience. With its convenient location, easy access to all must-see destinations in Phuket! This apartment offers a king size bed, closet, kitchen for self-catering, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The balcony has chairs and overlooks Patong hills and the city. AC is there for your convenience. TV with cable channels. Wi Fi is shared and provided by the building so it is not stable and reliable enough. The kitchen with cutlery and dishware for 2 make it a perfect holiday home, as well as a laundry room (coin operated) in the building. We provide a hairdryer as well as Organic toiletries from Chiang Mai for your convenience. Among the many comforts on offer, the star of the show is perhaps the glistening infinity pool, with its emerald water inviting you to take a cooling plunge and enjoy a few laps after a long day in the sun. You’ll also be able to stay on top of your fitness goals, despite the indulgent Thai cuisine, thanks to the excellent indoor gym, which offers generous space and plenty of equipment for a great workout. There is a secure parking space and the Building’s staff can easily arrange motorbike or car rentals, as well as provide information or special services such as tickets and tours. Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave. Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. Cost is 600baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
