The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped for your convenience. Has a king-size bed, wardrobe, laptop friendly workspace with a chair, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a walk-in-shower, sink and hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai. A flat-screen TV with cable channels. Wi Fi is shared and provided by the building so it is not stable and reliable enough. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and dishware, that is perfect for self-catering. Begin the day by taking your morning coffee out onto your private balcony for views of lush Thai greenery before heading down for a morning swim in the residents only infinity pool or getting your sweat on in the air-conditioned gym next to the swimming pool. The Condo provides 24hr security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. The staff at the reception can arrange motorbike or car rentals, as well as provide information or special services such as laundry, transport, tickets and tours. Electric is charged at 7THB per kw. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave. Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 600baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
