Alrealdy present in the Leopoldino's cadastral at the start of the 19th century, the villa was built as a hunting lodge by the current owners' great-grandfather and it is situated in the hills that slope down towards the Arno plain towards Pisa. The landscape is typical of this part of Tuscany, gentle rolling hills covered with fields of wheat and vineyards interspersed with forests. After undergoing renovation work, the villa has become a pleasant holiday getaway for a large family or a group of friends. There are numerous options for day trips in the area, from the eternal city of Pisa with its Leaning Tower, to the beaches, the Etruscan town of Volterra, and the many villages scattered in this part of Tuscany. Whereas, if you prefer complete relaxation, then all you have to do lie in the grass or take a dip in the swimming pool (12x6)(15/04-15/10), or read a good book while sipping on a glass of wine and enjoying the view. Wine and extra-virgin olive oil have always been produced in the owner estate since 1370. The ancient historical cellar worth a visit as well as the beautiful 15th century Italian Style Garden. Pleasant furnishings which mostly consist of period pieces that create a special charm.
