"The property consists of studio-style layout with one double bed, ktichenette hosting a hob and fridge, dining area with seating for two people and sitting area with a Smart TV, with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed meadow with lawn, decking, gravelled area, wood fired hot tub, barbecue and furniture. This property enjoys underfloor heating. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for wood fired hot tub, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 2.3 miles, a beach. For a stay with your loved one to look back on fondly in the years to come, choose Sea View. Note: There is a step up to the decking, please take care."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
