"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a living/dining room with dining seating for four and a Smart TV with Freeview and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for several cars. Within 1.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.9 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, however there is an additional charge for pets at -ú20 per week. Cot and highchair available on request. A public footpath runs though the garden. Escape to Cornwall in style with a stay at Wellfield Cottage."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
