"The property follows a studio-style layout with a kitchenette hosting an electric hob, combi microwave, and fridge, a dining area, a sitting area with Smart TV, a double bed, and an en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, gravelled area, decking, wood fired hot tub, barbecue and furniture, and ample parking. Within 0.8 miles you will find both a shop and a pub, and within 2.3 miles you'll find the beach, and please note that no pets are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for wood fired hot tub, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Green Fields is the perfect abode for a romantic break to Cornwall. Note: There is a step up to the decking, and the pod is located on a platform, please take care.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
