"Long Barn consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining space for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a child's bunk, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed shared garden with lawn, decking, and furniture, plus off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome. Within 2.4 miles you will find a shop, within 1.6 miles, a beach, and within 3.2 miles, a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Escape to Cornwall with a stay at the lovely Long Barn. Note: There are a few steps up from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Note: The enclosed garden with lawn is shared with one other property. Note: bunk beds are only suitable for children. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
