Villa Palm is with 3 specious bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms have luxurious double beds, dresser and inbuilt wardrobe, a good sized balcony with view. The other bedroom has two single beds and also wardrobes. There are a family bathroom upstairs and a Shower room with toilet and a guest’s toilet with wash basin downstairs. Villa is fully air conditioned furnished and equipped with all modern appliances such as flat TV, DVD player, stereo CD player, microwave oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware. The villa has a specious ground floor open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area. Large sliding glass doors lead onto the pool area. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a TV/DVD player and satellite system. The inside dining area can sit up to 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped including oven/hob, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The garden area comes complete with a private pool and sun loungers, a garden table, and chairs. The garden is bordered and fenced, which creates a pleasant feeling of seclusion. Villa Palm is located within a newly build complex in Pernera – Protaras and is walking distance to various sandy beaches as well as within minutes to the resort’s center and local amenities. There are also many reasonably priced, good quality restaurants in the area and along the beach are pen plan bars serving hot and cold drinks. All the necessary bed linen and bath towels are offered free of charge as well as free swimming pool cleaning and maintenance during your stay twice a week. Free internet access available Additional services are available on request. Villa Palm is designed to ensure top quality and comfortable stay on your holiday. 200 Euros security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in. To be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages. An allowance of 100 KWh of electricity is allowed per week this is sufficient for normal use, any use over this will be charged as an addition and deducted from your security deposit. On arrival we will show you the electricity meter, you are welcome to take your readings on arrival and on exit.
