This spacious and modern 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is in a fantastic location, close to the centre of Pernera, Protaras. Inside, the lounge area features a widescreen T.V. Dvd player, Satellite and Wi-fi. There is a dining table for 6 and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. There is also a separate W.C. next to the hallway. On the first floor there is a master en-suite double bedroom and two twin rooms. Two rooms have access with sliding patio doors to a terrace area where you can enjoy the landscaping along with sea views in the distance. There is a large family bathroom with tub and shower facilities. Outside features a large 8 x 4 metre pool surrounded by lush gardens, shrubs and trees. By the pool you will find sunloungers, garden table and chairs, parasol and a BBQ. There is private parking for one car and extra parking outside the garden area. The villa is just 8 minutes walk from the popular Golden Coast Beach and Harbour, and the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute stroll away. Pernera has so much to offer and there are a wide variety of lovely restaurants, bars and places to visit. Enjoy a walk along the new seafront promenade which runs from Pernera into central Protaras or sit back and enjoy the view in one of the many beach bars. Enjoy glass-bottom boat trips, white-knuckle watersport rides and fishing trips from the harbour in Pernera, or take a sightseeing boat trip to the abandoned Ghost Town of Famagusta, just to the north of the area.
