The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance that you require for your self-catering holiday. There is also a WC on this floor. Upstairs, you will find the two double bedrooms, both of which have an en suite bathroom with shower and WC and a shared balcony. Outside, the garden features a barbecue, outside dining area and private pool. Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area.
