"This detached, single-storey barn conversion has one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The open-plan living area has a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher, a breakfast bar for two, and a sitting area with a Smart TV, along with a utility with fridge/freezer and washing machine. To the front, there is a patio with furniture and fire pit, and off-road parking for two cars, as well as a garden with furniture to the rear. Within 1.1 miles, there is a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore the heart of England with your partner at The Old Piggery. Note: As of July 2nd 2022, the rear and front gardens will be fully enclosed with one well-behaved dog welcome. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
