"Peppermint Cottage consists of a kitchen equipped with an electric rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining hall with seating for six guests in three bedrooms and a sitting room with 55' Sky Glass TV and AGA woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a bunk, along with a bathroom. There is a single trundle bed available in the bunk room, please make the owner aware if you need this making up. A cot and highchair are available. Outside there is an enclosed side courtyard with furniture, as well as designated off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.8 miles, a pond and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Peppermint Cottage is a wonderful base for your next getaway in West Sussex. Note: There are a couple of stairs up to the sitting room. Note: There are low beams throughout, please take care. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am.
