This immaculate villa is ideally situated, just 500 metres from the beach of beautiful Pissouri Bay, on the south coast between the towns of Limassol and Paphos. The villa is decorated to an extremely high standard throughout with modern furnishings. The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area is stylishly furnished with comfortable settees and offers a flatscreen TV with Sky Satellite Free to Air package, a DVD and CD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen there is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine, a filter coffee machine and also has a sink. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Patio doors from both the living and dining area lead to terraces and the enclosed garden. On the first floor are the three bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en suite shower room and a safety deposit box. There are also two twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have private balconies with open views, sea view.
