Sofa Bed in sitting room (if you require the sofa bed please provide your own bed linen and towels), this is more suited to children/teens due to size. Separate family bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, basin and WC. Ground floor has kitchen with breakfast room, dining room, sitting room seperate WC with basin, cloak room, utility and heated outdoor shower."
