There is also a kitchen, dining room, sitting room and guests have access to a communal laundry facility. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters, whilst the kitchen offers an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, 2 x dishwashers, washing machine and a tumble dryer. For entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included in rent. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not permitted in this property. The nearest shop is 0.7 miles away, the pub is 0.4 miles away, whilst the beach is 0.3 miles away. Note: Garden is not fully enclosed.
