"The living areas include a kitchen/diner housing a double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, dining seating for eight, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size with en-suite shower, a double and a twin (zip/link) served by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is an enclosed patio with lawned garden with a small BBQ and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. One small well-behaved dog welcome. This property is no smoking. Within 3.5 miles there is a shop and within 1.8 miles, there is a pub. Elmwood is a superb escape to a thriving region of Cornwall. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
